Ingredients

- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 6 ounces yogurt, boston cream pie from yoplait
- 1/4 cup milk (more if you like a thinner smoothie)
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend.
- 2 note: when freezing the banana, make sure you peel it first. then place it into a ziplock bag and place in freezer.
