Rhubarb Rumble

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 package strawberry gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 graham cracker crust
Recipe
- 1 place rhubarb in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 6-8 mins on high or until rhubarb is softened, stirring every 2 minutes.
- 2 stir in gelatin till dissloved, cool completely.
- 3 in a bowl combine milk and pudding mix, beat on low for 2 minutes.
- 4 fold rhubarb into mixture.
- 5 spoon into crust, cover and refrigerate till firm.
