Homemade Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 pitted dates (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  • 2 strain through a large clean flour sack towel or a cheese cloth squeezing out the milk into a wide pitcher or bowl.
  • 3 keep refrigerated. lasts 2-4 days.
