Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 4 cups water
- 4 pitted dates (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- 2 strain through a large clean flour sack towel or a cheese cloth squeezing out the milk into a wide pitcher or bowl.
- 3 keep refrigerated. lasts 2-4 days.
