Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch (dissolved in a small amount of cold water)
Recipe
- 1 bring blueberries and syrup to a simmer and cook until blueberries are hot and bubbly.
- 2 add lemon juice and vanilla and simmer a moment longer.
- 3 stir in cornstarch.
