- 1/2 mango, peeled and stoned
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 2 ounces rum
- crushed ice
Recipe
- 1 place all the ingredients in a blender and process with a small scoop of crushed ice until smooth.
- 2 serve in a large glass and garnish with slices of ripe mango.
