Sweet Lassi (yogurt Drink)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 200 g low-fat yogurt
  • 5 tablespoons low calorie sweetener
  • 400 g low-fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 400 g cold water

Recipe

  • 1 blend all the ingredients in blender and serve.
  • 2 flavours can be added to your choice.
