Ingredients
- 6 ounces nonfat yogurt (i used dannon's light & fit toasted coconut vanilla)
- 6 ounces calcium-enriched orange juice
- 12 ounces crushed ice
Recipe
- 1 empty yogurt container into a blender.
- 2 use the empty container to measure the orange juice and ice, and add those to the blender.
- 3 blend and enjoy!
