Ingredients

- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
- 1 (8 ounce) container plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 1 (10 ounce) container frozen strawberries
Recipe
- 1 prepare jello with 1 cup.
- 2 of water.
- 3 put strawberries in either a blender or processor and blend till smooth.
- 4 add yogurt and blend, then add jello mixture and blend.
- 5 refrigerate till mixture is jelled and not runny.
- 6 serve and enjoy.
