- 1/4 of a cantaloupe, taken off rind
- 10 large strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup fruit punch
- 1 cup ice cube
Recipe
- 1 mix all together in a blender.
- 2 if desired, add 2 scoops of protein powder to blender to add 10 grams of protein to each smoothie.
