Strawberry Melon Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 of a cantaloupe, taken off rind
  • 10 large strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup fruit punch
  • 1 cup ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together in a blender.
  • 2 if desired, add 2 scoops of protein powder to blender to add 10 grams of protein to each smoothie.
