Orange Peach Pie

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 (3 ounce) packages orange gelatin
- 5 cups peeled fresh peaches, diced or 5 cups frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed, drained and diced
- 1 graham cracker crust (8 inches)
- 1 cup whipped topping
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, combine the cornstarch, salt and water until smooth.
- 2 bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- 3 stir in sugar and gelatin.
- 4 cool.
- 5 fold in peaches.
- 6 pour into the crust.
- 7 refrigerate for 2 hours or until serving.
- 8 garnish with whipped topping.
