Orange Peach Pie

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages orange gelatin
  • 5 cups peeled fresh peaches, diced or 5 cups frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed, drained and diced
  • 1 graham cracker crust (8 inches)
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, combine the cornstarch, salt and water until smooth.
  • 2 bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  • 3 stir in sugar and gelatin.
  • 4 cool.
  • 5 fold in peaches.
  • 6 pour into the crust.
  • 7 refrigerate for 2 hours or until serving.
  • 8 garnish with whipped topping.
