O.j.-banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup low-fat milk (1%)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate (frozen concentrate)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 small banana

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth, and serve.
