Healthy Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup fresh raspberry, hulled and halved
  • 1 medium banana, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (about 3 medium oranges)

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and puree.
