Fruit Smoothie

Total Time: 4 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 8 ounces ocean spray light cranberry juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberry, frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen

Recipe

  • 1 pour the cranberry juice into the blender, banana, strawberries and blueberries.
  • 2 blender until smooth. can be place in the freezer for a thicker smoothie. i make a whole batch for the work week and store in the freezer and take out before leaving for work then enjoy at work.
