- 1/2 lb fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
Recipe
- 1 place the broccoli and 1-inch of water in a saucepan; bring to a boil. reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- 2 meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt and thyme.
- 3 drain broccoli; toss with oil mixture.
