Taste Of Home Homemade Pizza Crust

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 50 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups wheat flour
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 (10 ounce) tomato sauce
  • shredded cheese
  • diced black olives
  • mushroom
  • tomato

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water; let stand for 5 minutes.
  • 2 add oil and salt.
  • 3 stir in flour, one cup at a time to form soft dough.
