Tangy Pineapple Cabbage

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb cabbage
  • 14 ounces pineapple slices, drained and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange rind, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe

  • 1 cut cabbage into 6 wedges.
  • 2 in a skillet, bring 1/2 cup of the reserved pineapple liquid to a boil.
  • 3 add pineapple into cubes add to cabbage with remaining ingredients.
