Tangy Pineapple Cabbage

Ingredients

- 1 lb cabbage
- 14 ounces pineapple slices, drained and cubed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon orange rind, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 cut cabbage into 6 wedges.
- 2 in a skillet, bring 1/2 cup of the reserved pineapple liquid to a boil.
- 3 add pineapple into cubes add to cabbage with remaining ingredients.
