- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
Recipe
- 1 mix a little bit of the pineapple juice with the cornstarch to avoid lumps.
- 2 combine all the ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes or until thick.
