Ingredients
- 12 ounces firm tofu, drained
- 8 tablespoons strawberry preserves, all fruit type like polaner
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- 2 scoop mixture into a container for storage in the refrigerator.
- 3 use within 2 weeks.
