- 2 pints fresh strawberries (16oz) or 4 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Recipe
- 1 place berries in a food processor; process them into chunky puree.
- 2 transfer puree to a small saucepan over low heat. heat until warm. stir in lemon juice and maple syrup.
