Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can spinach, well drained
- 1 cup plain yogurt (regular or low fat)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 press the liquid out from the spinach.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
- 3 serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
- 4 if the spinach taste is too strong, stir in a tsp of bottle lemon juice.
