Spinach Dip From A Can

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can spinach, well drained
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (regular or low fat)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 press the liquid out from the spinach.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  • 3 serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
  • 4 if the spinach taste is too strong, stir in a tsp of bottle lemon juice.
