Running Recovery Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (8 ounce) container dannon lite 'n fit strawberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth and frothy.
  • 3 drink.
