Peach Melba

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 peach, halved
  • 1/3 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 teaspoons red currant jelly
  • 2 tablespoons grand marnier (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 heat raspberry jam until warm (not boiling). place the scoop of ice cream in the bottom of a sherbet glass.
  • 2 top with raspberry jam
  • 3 cover with a peach half.
  • 4 spoon on red currant jelly and grand marnier.
  • 5 serve and enjoy!
