Ingredients
- 1 medium maui onion
- all-purpose flour
- oil (for deep frying)
Recipe
- 1 slice onion into paper thin rings.
- 2 dust with flour.
- 3 heat 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet or wok.
- 4 drop the onions in a handful at a time, stir to keep from sticking together, and fry until golden brown, drain on paper towels.
