Light Energy Boost Smoothie For Early Mornings

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 15 raspberries
  • 100 ml fresh orange juice
  • 100 ml milk

Recipe

  • 1 peel the banana.
  • 2 (make your own fresh orange juice if you don't have any or you don't believe in bottled fresh orange juice :p).
  • 3 put everything together.
  • 4 blend for about 20 seconds (until it's smooth).
  • 5 pour.
  • 6 enjoy!
