- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 orange, peeled with the pith removed
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 3 tablespoons ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 add fruit to blender and blend.
- 2 add tofu next and then the other ingredients.
