Ingredients

- 1 lb cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 4 cups vodka
Recipe
- 1 put fruit and vodka in a large bowl, crush berries with a potato masher.
- 2 leave fruit to macerate for 2 or 3 days covered.
- 3 strain liquid through cheesecloth/jelly bag (clip cheesecloth to a footed colander using clothes pins).
- 4 pour into a pitcher, then decant into bottles.
- 5 seal & label.
- 6 store in cool dark spot.
