Wisconsin's Finest Cranberry Vodka

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 lb cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 cups vodka

Recipe

  • 1 put fruit and vodka in a large bowl, crush berries with a potato masher.
  • 2 leave fruit to macerate for 2 or 3 days covered.
  • 3 strain liquid through cheesecloth/jelly bag (clip cheesecloth to a footed colander using clothes pins).
  • 4 pour into a pitcher, then decant into bottles.
  • 5 seal & label.
  • 6 store in cool dark spot.
