Tofu, Kale, And Raisins

Total Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb firm tofu
  • 4 cups finely shredded kale
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 drain [press] and chop the tofu into 1 inch cubes.
  • 2 you can also marinate it overnight in your juice or favorite dressing.
  • 3 if you choose to use silken use extra firm and do not press but do drain.
  • 4 saute in a large frying pan over med heat for 8 minutes.
  • 5 serve warm.
