- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, loosely packed
- 1/2 lb tofu
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 chop green onion and parsley in a food processor or blender.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.
