Tennessee Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs carrots, scraped and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
Recipe
- 1 combine carrots and water in a medium saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil,cover and reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes or until crisp tender.
- 3 drain and return to pan.
- 4 add honey and remaning ingredients,cook over low heat,stirring gently until butter and sugar melt.
