The Way Too Simple Salad For The Lazy Calorie-counter

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato, cubes
  • 1/8 cup onion, cubes
  • 1 tablespoon carrot, grated
  • pepper (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 gather all the ingredients.
  • 2 chop the lettuce and dump it in a large bowl.
  • 3 chop the tomato into small cubes, dump them in the bowl.
  • 4 do the same with the onion.
  • 5 grate the carrot, dump it in the bowl.
  • 6 mix well.
  • 7 if you want, sprinkle pepper.
