Ingredients

- 4 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced in thin rounds
- 1 small onion, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dill seed
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- 2 refrigerate and let sit for several hours before serving- overnight is even better.
