Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups strawberry preserves
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine water and preserves, bring to a boil, cook 2 minutes until preserves are melted.
- 2 remove from heat, stir in basil and lemon juice.
- 3 pour into a freezer can or an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
- 4 spoon into a container and freeze 1 hour until firm.
