Strawberry Banana Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup strawberry, frozen
  • 1 whole banana, cut into thick slices
  • 1 cup soymilk (dairy milk will work fine)
  • any frozen fruit

Recipe

  • 1 blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  • 2 pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
