- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 -2 tablespoon brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, bring the water, orange juice and salt to a boil.
- 2 stir in oats and cook for 1 minute or until oatmeal reaches desired consistency.
- 3 stir in orange peel.
- 4 serve with brown sugar.
