Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 ounces milk
  • 4 ounces low-fat plain yogurt
  • 4 ounces orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 -2 tablespoon honey (depending on how sweet you like your smoothies)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients together for 30 seconds and enjoy!
