O.j. Yogurt Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 6 ounces frozen juice concentrate
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients except ice until smooth and frothy.
  • 2 add ice and process until smooth and frothy.
