Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup frozen raspberries, pr frozen blueberries or 1 cup frozen blackberries or 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen yogurt (or 1 yogurt bar)
- 5 drops vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on medium until smooth. add ice cubes or more frozen fruit to thicken it up.
