Ingredients

- 5 -6 ripe tomatoes
- 1 small onions or 1 small red onion
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 wash and slice tomatoes into wedges.
- 2 slice onions thinly over wedges.
- 3 add vinegar& oil, salt& pepper and let marinate for approximately 1/2 to 1 hour.
