Ingredients

• 1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 2 liters ginger ale

Recipe

• 1 in a gallon-sized ziploc bag, mix pineapple juice, sugar, and extract. (seal bag and shake to mix.).
• 2 freeze until hardened in bag. to serve, thaw for 30 minutes and mix into ginger ale.
