Homemade Fruit Smoothie With Oats

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 14 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar or 1 1/2 teaspoons honey

Recipe

  • 1 blend above until smooth. serve the colder the better.
