Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup frozen mixed fruit
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup canned peaches
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 medium banana

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender. blend until mixed completely.
