The Peckham Peach Palouser

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces plain yogurt
  • 1 banana, peeled and chilled (freezer)
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup fresh peach, diced
  • 3 strawberries
  • ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 place a cup of yogurt in a blender or smoothie maker.
  • 2 add a chilled banana that has been sliced.
  • 3 add a cup of apple juice.
  • 4 add a cup of diced peaches.
  • 5 add 3 strawberries, sliced.
  • 6 add 4-5 ice cubes.
  • 7 blend until smooth.
