- 8 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 banana, peeled and chilled (freezer)
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup fresh peach, diced
- 3 strawberries
- ice cube
Recipe
- 1 place a cup of yogurt in a blender or smoothie maker.
- 2 add a chilled banana that has been sliced.
- 3 add a cup of apple juice.
- 4 add a cup of diced peaches.
- 5 add 3 strawberries, sliced.
- 6 add 4-5 ice cubes.
- 7 blend until smooth.
