coconutty balls

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup mashed banana
  • 5 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut, divided

  • mix almond flour, cashew butter, banana, and 3 tablespoons coconut together in a bowl; roll into bite-size balls.
  • spread remaining 2 tablespoons coconut in a shallow bowl. roll balls in coconut to coat.
