Pecan Pie

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

- preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
- in a large bowl, beat eggs together with half-and-half. mix in sugar, flour, salt, molasses, corn syrup, vanilla, and . stir in pecans. pour into pie crust.
- bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until done.
