Ingredients

- 1/2 cup distilled vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen pearl onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 in a nonstick skillet, bring vinegar, sugar, salt and thyme to a boil.
- 2 add onions. cover and simmer until tender.
- 3 uncover and cook until glazed.
- 4 stir in chopped parsley.
