Sweet And Sour Pearl Onions

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup distilled vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen pearl onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Recipe

  • 1 in a nonstick skillet, bring vinegar, sugar, salt and thyme to a boil.
  • 2 add onions. cover and simmer until tender.
  • 3 uncover and cook until glazed.
  • 4 stir in chopped parsley.
