Ingredients
15 fresh strawberries
1 cup nonfat yogurt (plain)
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (i use 2 packets)
Recipe
1 combine all ingredients in a magic bullet or blender and blend until smooth. enjoy!
