- 1 banana, ripened and peeled
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 8 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 add the banana, orange juice, buttermilk and splenda to a blender. add 4 or 5 strawberries. blend until smooth. continue to add strawberries and blend until the desired "smoothie" consistency is reached.
