Rhubarb Juice

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 24 cups rhubarb
  • 1 -2 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 wash and cut red rhubarb as tou would for a pie.
  • 2 cover with water and boil until soft.
  • 3 drain through jelly bag.
  • 4 measure 11 cups juice and 1 cup sugar.
  • 5 bring to boil.
  • 6 seal in sterilized jars.
