Ingredients
- 24 cups rhubarb
- 1 -2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 wash and cut red rhubarb as tou would for a pie.
- 2 cover with water and boil until soft.
- 3 drain through jelly bag.
- 4 measure 11 cups juice and 1 cup sugar.
- 5 bring to boil.
- 6 seal in sterilized jars.
