Peach Sorbet

Total Time: 24 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 24 hrs

Ingredients

  • 825 g canned peaches (the can i used contained 9% mango puree, and natural fruit juice.)
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar (can add more if desired.)

Recipe

  • 1 blend the canned peaches.
  • 2 place in a container, and freeze overnight.
  • 3 remove from freezer and blend in a food processor.
  • 4 taste, and decide if it is sweet enough for you. if desired, add more sugar and blend again.
  • 5 serve.
