Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- frying oil
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions or 1/4 cup onion flakes
Recipe
- 1 preheat oil to 375°f.
- 2 stir all ingredients till well mixed.
- 3 drop by level teaspoon into hot oil and fry about 2 minutes (1 minute each side).
- 4 drain and serve.
